Based on approvals posted through February 16, 2024, the OGD has issued 28 full-approval actions and 5 tentative-approval actions so far in the month of February. Given that February is a short month to start with and has one federal holiday, we may get additional help as it’s a leap year and the additional day may squeak in a few more approvals to the month’s total. The mid-month total of 28 full-approval actions is not too shabby since the average approvals per month thus far in FY 2024 is only 53 (full approvals averaged 65 per month in FY 2023). Let’s see how the second half of the month goes. We shall see!
