Well, folks, it looks like the FDA got its ANDA approval posting computer glitch fixed, but even that does not seem to guarantee good news. The FDA issued forty-one full-approval actions and ten tentative-approval actions for (an obviously low) total approval actions of fifty-one. That is the lowest number of full-approval actions since December of FY 2022 (thirty-four), but it is the lowest number of total approval actions since September 2021 when the OGD managed only forty-one.
I guess we can hope for better figures for September when the official numbers come out since maybe the glitch has some approvals still hidden, like that chocolate bar you put in the freezer last October and just found last night!
Anyway, we will be back at you for the full FY 2023 numbers once the FDA report has been finalized.
